ABOUT NORTON
Norton (Zhongshan) Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the few enterprises in the industry that integrates R&D, manufacturing, and sales of new thermal energy technologies. We specialize in complementary multi-energy (heat pump, solar, electric, gas) hot water and heating system equipment. Our main products include air source heat pump water heaters, solar water heaters, family central water heaters, thermal storage/buffer tanks, expansion tanks, enamel-lined tanks, and enamel linings. The company is located in Nantou Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province—known as the "Hometown of a Great Man" and a key national base for the home appliance industry. Covering an area of 8,000 square meters with nearly 10 million RMB invested in equipment, we manufacture from a single steel sheet or seamless tube to finished hot water and heating equipment.
MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES
Our manufacturing capabilities include sheet metal processing equipment such as CNC machine tools, CNC bending machines, laser cutting machines, laser welding machines, hydraulic stretching machines, and metal stamping equipment; welding and enameling equipment like steel plate CNC rolling machines, automatic nozzle welding machines, longitudinal and circumferential seam automatic welding lines, CNC automatic sandblasting machines, automatic enamel application machines, and enamel curing furnaces; assembly line equipment including water tank outer shell forming production lines, enamel liner pressure and air tightness testers, high-pressure polyurethane foaming machines, electrical testers, and automatic packaging machines.
PRODUCT QUALITY
To ensure high pressure resistance, acid and alkali resistance, hot water erosion resistance, thermal shock resistance, impact resistance, and superior thermal insulation, our enamel liners are produced using specialty enamel-grade steel plates. After welding, we apply enamel powder from Turkey Jinsheng or Gizemfrit and sinter at 860-900°C. The outer shell uses galvanized steel or cold-rolled steel with full-automatic electrostatic spraying, and insulation is provided by high-pressure polyurethane foaming—injected once under high pressure at fixed temperature, ratio, and quantity. We are equipped with professional testing devices including safety electrical testers, enamel pulse fatigue testers, enamel spark testers, coating thickness gauges, impact testers, density meters, and endoscopes.
